Via Verde of Trabocchi coast

A Via Verde from slowly to walk, riding and cycling where he ran the train: a marathon slow, 42 kilometers immersed in the nature and culture of Costa Trabocchi, coastal territory where Abruzzo is wet from the Adriatic and the Apennines crowned, with the peaks of Majella and Gran Sasso capped on the horizon and the sea breeze blowing lightly. The Greenway "Trabocchi" Coast is a project to enhance the old abandoned railway, converting the disused line in 2005 in a path dedicated to cyclists and walkers to discover the beautiful landscapes of the coastal strip, as the Regional Natural Reserve of Punta Aderci, but also the many historical sites scattered along its route as the Aragonese Castle of Ortona and the Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere in Fossacesia.
